Privacy notice

A minimal website with minimal data collection.

This draft notice describes the MARPBOUND public website at marpbound.com. It does not describe a customer deployment, which is governed by its own agreements and controls. Qualified legal review is required before launch.

Information the website handles

MARPBOUND does not use an application database, advertising trackers, or analytics on this website. If the secure workflow assessment form is enabled, its fields are processed by the website and approved email-delivery providers so MARPBOUND can receive and respond to the request. The application is designed not to log message contents. You may instead use the direct email link.

Hosting and security data

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, including __cf_bm, to identify and mitigate automated traffic. We do not use that cookie for advertising or cross-site profiling.

Email communications

If you choose to email us, we receive the address, content, and attachments you send. We use them to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Do not send passwords, regulated data, or confidential customer records through the assessment email.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers supporting hosting, security, and email, or disclosed when required by law. Email correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary for the conversation, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may browse without completing the assessment. You can ask about information you previously emailed, or request correction or deletion subject to applicable retention obligations, by contacting marptech1@outlook.com.

Changes

We may update this notice as the website or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
